Abbas Says He Won't Run for Re-election, But May Change Mind

[Jerusalem Post] Khaled Abu Toameh - In a televised speech from Ramallah, PA leader Mahmoud Abbas announced on Thursday that he has "no desire" to run in the PA elections slated for Jan. 24. PA officials did not rule out the possibility that Abbas would change his mind, noting that his decision was not final.
