[Reuters] Ori Lewis - Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Monday outlined a plan to give many more building permits to Palestinian residents. The city's "master plan" would allow the construction of some 23,550 housing units in eastern Jerusalem, where mostly Palestinians live, by 2030.
