[UPI] A British court on Tuesday rejected a Palestinian request to arrest visiting Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak for war crimes. The Westminster Magistrates Court judge ruled that under international law Barak has diplomatic immunity and therefore cannot be prosecuted.
