[AP] Sam F. Ghattas - Lebanon released four generals held for nearly four years in the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri after a UN-backed international tribunal ordered them freed on Wednesday. Tribunal judge Daniel Fransen said a key witness had retracted a statement that initially incriminated the generals and there was not enough evidence to justify their continued detention.
