[Washington Post] Thomas Erdbrink - A spokesman for Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Monday that he plans to travel to New York to give a speech during the annual meeting of the UN General Assembly on Sept. 23. Ahmadinejad has regularly attended the UN summit since he was elected in 2005 and his appearances have generally been met with protests.
