Washington Sees Time as Ally in Disarming Tehran's Nuclear Plan

[Financial Times-UK] Demetri Sevastopulo - In an interview with the Financial Times, U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said the U.S. and Israel had enough time to persuade Tehran to abandon what is widely perceived to be a nuclear weapons program. Asked whether Iran would cross a nuclear "red line" this year, he replied: "I think we have more time than that. How much more time I don't know. It is a year, two years, three years."
