[Jerusalem Post] Senior Hamas official Mahmoud Zahar was injured during the final days of fighting in Gaza and was evacuated by ambulance to Egypt for medical treatment, a Kuwaiti daily reported Sunday. Zahar, a founding member of Hamas who is widely considered to have been the mastermind of its takeover in Gaza two years ago, had served as foreign minister.
