Palestinians End Reconciliation Talks in Cairo Without Deal

[Reuters] Nidal al-Mughrabi - Hamas and Fatah ended talks in Cairo on Monday without bridging internal rifts. Egypt's intelligence chief Omar Suleiman, who has mediated for nearly a year now without visible success, "told negotiators the world was not going to wait forever for them to unite," a Palestinian official said.
