[Jerusalem Post] Herb Keinon - Prime Minister Netanyahu met with U.S. special envoy Mitchell in Jerusalem on Wednesday for the second time in two days, in an effort to reach agreement over the settlements issue. Diplomatic officials expressed "cautious optimism" following the talks on Tuesday that agreement could be reached on a package that would enable a resumption of Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.
