[National Post-Canada] Editorial - Arab states have little use for the UN, except as a cudgel with which to club Israel. They pay little attention to UN rules about the rights of children or women. They openly flout UN guidelines on free speech and fair elections. And they seek membership on human rights committees only to shield their own rampant abuses from scrutiny - and to afford the same shelter to their fellow dictatorial regimes.
