[AP/New York Times] A Jordanian military court on Monday convicted al-Qaeda member Mohammed Ahmed Youssef al-Jaghbeer of involvement in the killing of American diplomat Laurence Foley in Amman in 2002 and sentenced him to death. Jaghbeer was captured in Iraq.
