Major Powers Offer Iran New Incentives to Halt Nuclear Program

[Washington Post] Mary Jordan and Robin Wright - Six world powers agreed Friday to offer Iran a new mix of incentives to curtail its nuclear program, updating an offer made to Iran in June 2006, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband announced in London. The centerpiece of the new offer is international assistance for a civilian nuclear program.
