Israel Won't Escape the Trauma of Oct. 7 until Hostages Are Free
(Sunday Times-UK) Emmanuelle Elbaz-Phelps - According to a study in May by the aChord Center, affiliated with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, "64% of the Israeli public tend to agree with the statement that there are no innocent people in Gaza." According to another poll by the Institute for National Security Studies, "only 35.5% of the public is troubled by the humanitarian situation in Gaza." While the world has been covering the war in Gaza, Israelis have still not moved on from the horror of Oct. 7, when everything changed for everyone in this country.
