Israeli Navy Attacks Houthi Port in Yemen
(Israel Hayom-Times of Israel) Lilach Shoval - The IDF said Tuesday, "Israeli Navy missile ships this morning attacked targets of the Houthi terrorist regime at the port of Hodeidah in Yemen. The attack was carried out in response to...surface-to-surface missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles launched toward Israel's territory and its citizens. The attack was intended to deepen the damage to the military use made of the port, which was attacked by the IDF in the past year and continues to serve terrorist operations. This is the 10th strike by Israel on Yemen's Houthis, who have been firing ballistic missiles and drones at Israel since the start of the Oct. 7 war with Hamas. The IDF gave the local population "numerous advance warnings." Since March 18, 2025, the Houthis have launched 47 ballistic missiles and at least 11 drones at Israel.
