Three Israeli Soldiers Killed in Explosion in Northern Gaza
(Ynet News) Yoav Zitun - Three IDF soldiers, two of them medics, were killed when they were extracting their comrades, whose vehicle had been hit by an IED in Jabaliya in northern Gaza. As they began returning, a massive blast occurred. The soldiers are Staff Sgt. Lior Steinberg, 20; Staff Sgt. Ofek Barhana, 20; and Staff Sgt. Omer Van Gelder, 22, all serving in the Givati Brigade. Two additional soldiers were wounded. (Ynet News)
