(Jerusalem Post) The International Red Cross initially refused to take part in Hamas's ceremony during the return of the four slain hostages, Israel's Channel 12 reported Thursday. After Hamas threatened not to transfer the slain hostages, a Red Cross representative signed Hamas documents on the stage in Khan Yunis.
