Iran Is Building a Drone Aircraft Carrier

(U.S. Naval Institute) Sam Lagrone - At Bandar Abbas near the Strait of Hormuz, Iran's Revolutionary Guard Navy is converting the former container ship Shahid Mahdavi into a warship to carry both helicopter and fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, in order to increase the range of its strike capabilities.
