Israel Says Holding Indirect Peace Talks with Syria

[Reuters/Washington Post] Jeffrey Heller - Israel said in a surprise announcement on Wednesday it was conducting indirect peace talks with Syria. Israel and Syria last held peace talks in the U.S. in 2000.
