IDF Arrests Palestinian Planning "Significant" Attacks
(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Israeli troops clashed with Palestinian gunmen near the West Bank city of Jenin on Monday morning as they arrested Ratib al-Bali, who was "advancing significant terror attacks," the IDF said. Al-Bali, previously jailed for terror offenses, was involved in numerous shootings in recent weeks. In raids across the West Bank early Monday, another eight wanted Palestinians were arrested.
