Israel Tells U.S. Envoy Iran Is Using Nuclear Talks to Buy Time

(Ha'aretz) Jonathan Lis - Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid told U.S. special envoy on Iran Robert Malley on Monday that Israel believes Tehran's willingness to revive nuclear talks is a ploy to buy time in order to develop a nuclear weapon. A new round of negotiations will be held in Vienna starting on Nov. 29.
