CBS Claims Hamas - which Attacked Israel - Is "Retaliating"
(CAMERA) Tamar Sternthal - In her May 12 coverage of Hamas' indiscriminate rocket attacks on Israel, CBS' Elizabeth Palmer flips reality on its head, claiming "Hamas launched over 100 rockets into Israel in response to Israeli airstrikes." Of course, it was Hamas attacks on Israel's cities that led to Israeli airstrikes on Hamas infrastructure, not the opposite.
