Near Empty Roads Allow Accelerated Work on Infrastructure

(Times of Israel) Construction to extend the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv high-speed train along with work on light rails in both major cities will be fast-tracked thanks to the coronavirus that has emptied streets, the Transportation Ministry announced on Monday.
