Iran Tries to Fill Gen. Soleimani's Boots
(Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs) Brig.-Gen. (ret.) Dr. Shimon Shapira, Lt.-Col. (ret.) Michael Segall, and Iran Desk - Gen. Mohammad Hejazi has been appointed as Deputy Commander of the Quds Force. Hejazi served as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force's (IRGC-QF) Lebanese Corps Commander and was involved in the Hizbullah missile precision project. He was also responsible for the violent repression of the 2009 protests in Iran.
