EU Court Upholds Terrorist Listing for Hamas

(Al Jazeera) The Luxembourg-based EU General Court on Wednesday rejected a challenge by Hamas against its 2015 listing as a "terrorist" organization, a decision that made the Palestinian group liable to EU sanctions. As a result, "the decision to extend the freezing of Hamas funds is confirmed," the court said.
