(Daily Maverick-South Africa) Ivo Vegter - Gareth Cliff was right. The Gaza "protest" was in fact an orchestrated attack on the Israeli border. Given the violent history of Hamas, which includes rocket attacks against Israeli towns and civilians, it comes as no surprise that the Israeli defense forces took the threat of incursion seriously, and responded with force.
