Retreating ISIS Militants Kill Scores of Syrian Civilians
(New York Times) Anne Barnard - Retreating Islamic State fighters killed as many as 128 civilians in the Syrian town of Qaryatayn in the past several weeks before they retreated, dumping some bodies into wells and leaving others in the street, local residents said Monday.
