In Policy Change, Hamas Buys Fuel for Gaza Power Plant
(Times of Israel) Avi Issacharoff - Hamas recently spent $25 million to buy diesel fuel from Egypt after months of refusing to pay for fuel to generate electricity for Gaza residents, insisting that the PA was responsible for the funding. Earlier this year, the PA reduced the amount of electricity in Gaza that it was willing to pay for.
