(Ha'aretz) Barak Ravid - Russia worked behind the scenes to protect Hizbullah during Security Council discussions to renew the mandate of UNIFIL. Russia threatened to veto the resolution unless all mention of Hizbullah conducting prohibited military activity in southern Lebanon was omitted.
