Dahlan Meets with Hamas Parliament Members in Gaza via Video Conference

(AP-ABC News) Fares Akram - Mohammed Dahlan, a former Gaza security chief and Hamas rival, addressed a gathering of Hamas parliament members in Gaza by video conference from the UAE on Thursday. Fatah parliament members loyal to Mahmoud Abbas stayed away from the meeting. The legislature has been idled since Hamas routed pro-Abbas forces, then under Dahlan's command, and took over Gaza in 2007.
