Israel Foils Attack Plans of East Jerusalem Terrorist
(Ynet News) Alexander J. Apfel - Muhammad Mussa Muhammad Abassi, a resident of eastern Jerusalem, was arrested three weeks ago on suspicion of planning to carry out multiple acts of terrorism in Israel, the Israel Security Agency announced Thursday. Abassi, who supports Hamas, planned to carry out a shooting attack against Israeli security forces and civilians in Jerusalem. "The arrest of Abassi who, as a resident, had access to the entire city, prevented a serious attack in the city of Jerusalem," the agency said.
