Jewish Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Appointed Prime Minister

(JTA) Cnaan Liphshiz - Vlodymir Groysman, 38, the former mayor of Vinnytsia, was appointed prime minister by President Petro Poroshenko, making Groysman the first openly Jewish person to hold the country's second highest post.
