Hamas Using Reconstruction Aid to Build Terror Tunnels

(Jerusalem Post) Hamas is using building materials sent to Gaza as part of aid packages for the construction and rehabilitation of civilian houses for use in underground terror tunnels, IDF Maj.-Gen. Yoav Mordechai told the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency on Thursday.
