ISIS Cuts Fighters' Salaries in Half

(Jerusalem Post) Maayan Groisman - A document released in December by Bayt al-Mal, the Treasury Ministry of ISIS in Raqqa, reveals that ISIS has decided to cut the salaries of all its fighters in half.
