U.S. Special Forces to Arrive in Syria "Very Soon"

(AFP) Dozens of U.S. special operations troops will arrive in Syria "very soon" as promised by President Obama, special envoy Brett McGurk told CBS television's "Face the Nation." The troops will help organize local forces battling the Islamic State in northern Syria.
