Missing Bedouin Youth Brought Back from Gaza Twice Before

(Maariv Hashavua-Jerusalem Post) Yasser Okbi - The head of the local council from which the missing Bedouin youth hails said, "This is a youth that we have brought back twice from Gaza in the past, and brought back twice from Jordan and once from the West Bank. He suffers from mental problems and always strays from home."
