Report: Islamic State Leader Baghdadi Incapacitated after Air Strike

(Guardian-UK) Martin Chulov - The leader of the Islamic State, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, remains incapacitated after being injured in a U.S. airstrike in Iraq on March 18, the Guardian has learned. IS is now being led by deputy leader Abu Alaa al-Afri.
