Fatah-Affiliated Al Aqsa Brigades Refuses to Disband, Disarm

[Maan News-PA] The Fatah-affiliated Al Aqsa Brigades has announced that it has rejected Mahmoud Abbas' decree to disband the militia, spokesman Abu Oday announced following consultations with the brigades' leaders in the West Bank. He added that the brigades will not disarm and will not be committed to a truce with the Israelis.
