Abbas Conditions Extending Peace Talks on Settlement Freeze, Prisoner Release
(Times of Israel) Elhanan Miller - The Palestinians will agree to extend the time frame for negotiations with Israel only if Israel freezes construction in the settlements and frees additional Palestinian prisoners, PA President Mahmoud Abbas told a visiting Israeli Knesset member in Ramallah on Monday.
