Iran on Nuclear Negotiations: "We Will Not Close Any Program"
(Washington Times) Douglas Ernst - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Thursday in New Delhi, "I can tell you that Iran's nuclear program will remain intact. We will not close any program." Zarif also said that there were problems "in terms of both substance and approach," by the six world powers attempting to resolve the nuclear dispute.
