Gaza: Sewage Disaster Caused by Palestinians Stealing Sand from Embankment

[AP/The Age-Australia] The collapse of a septic pool in a Gaza village, killing five people including two babies, has been blamed on residents stealing sand from an embankment. Gaza City Mayor Majid Abu Ramadan blamed the collapse on local people digging sand from an embankment around the structure and selling it to building contractors.
