Palestinian Heroes

(Wall Street Journal) Editorial - Salameh Abdallah Musleh, imprisoned for the murder of convenience-store owner Reuven David, is being released as part of a deal orchestrated by Secretary of State John Kerry to resume peace talks with the Palestinians.
