World Bank: Iran Failing to Pay Back Development Loans

(Wall Street Journal) Ian Talley - The World Bank's International Bank for Reconstruction and Development said Thursday that Iran is more than six months overdue on $81 million in development loans. Iran's total outstanding debt to the bank is $697 million for old, closed development loans made years ago that are now coming due.
