Anti-Americanism in Contemporary Saudi Arabia

(MERIA Journal) Josh Pollack - While the U.S. military remains in Iraq, and while the Palestinian intifada continues, anti-American sentiment in Saudi Arabia is likely to remain high. As American military power continues to play a prominent role in the Persian Gulf region, it is not easy to envision an early return to the relatively stable and cooperative U.S.-Saudi relations of the past.
