Sharon: Israel "Maintaining Dialogue with Palestinians"
(Ha'aretz) - Arnon Regular Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said Thursday that Israel is "maintaining dialogue with the Palestinians, although not on the level of prime minister...due to a Palestinian request to allow Prime Minister Abu Ala [Ahmed Qurei] to gain strength." "We are open to holding a dialogue with any Palestinian government that will rule out incitement, terror, and violence," Sharon said. "I believe that we are at the brink of a new opportunity to find the way to quiet and peace."
