(Washington Times) - Since the U.S.-led war on terrorism began, militant Islamic groups have been turning to the Internet increasingly to disseminate propaganda and recruitment material, and raise funds. Web discussion forums and Hotmail-type e-mail accounts that require no proof of identification offer a good degree of security for terrorists.
