Ireland Leads Opposition to Blacklisting Hizbullah
(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Government officials in Jerusalem accused Ireland on Wednesday of leading opposition inside the EU to placing the "military wing" of Hizbullah on the EU's terrorist blacklist. Meanwhile, the new socialist-led government in Bulgaria backed away from charges by its center-right predecessor that Hizbullah had carried out the terrorist attack in Burgas last summer that killed five Israelis.
