(Times of Israel) Elhanan Miller - The kidnapping of IDF soldiers is at the heart of Palestinian culture, Hamas spokesman Abu-Ubaida said Tuesday, responding to PA President Mahmoud Abbas who called such abductions alien to Palestinian norms.
