Jewish Groups Brace for War

(JTA)- The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations is coordinating an emergency alert system for its member organizations. Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents, said war could elicit attacks by Islamic fundamentalist groups such as Hamas or Hizballah as well.
