Bomb Rips Apart Israeli Bus in Haifa; 15 Dead
(Reuters/ABC News) The first Palestinian suicide bombing in two months tore apart a packed Israeli bus in Haifa on Wednesday, killing 15 people and wounding more than 50. The last suicide bombing was on January 5, when 23 people were killed in Tel Aviv. Police said 9 or 10 of the dead were students at local high schools, ages 13 to 15, among them 14-year-old Avigail Leitner, a U.S. citizen. (Jerusalem Post)
