21 Syrian Republican Guards Killed Near Damascus

(AFP) An explosion followed by an exchange of fire with rebels in Qudsaya, west of Damascus, on Thursday left at least 21 members of Syria's elite Republican Guards dead, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
